美国国务院（英語：United States Department of State，有时亦用State Department）直屬美國政府管理的外事机构，相當於外交部，其行政负责人为国务卿；美国国务院为美国最龐大的官僚機構之一，位於美國首都華盛頓特區。现在的国务卿是康多莉扎·赖斯（Condoleezza Rice）。
